Meet Miss Charlotte! Charlotte came to me as a model call for a fine art newborn session. Her parents decided to upgrade to a mini session, and I am so glad they did! Charlotte was an absolute dream the entire session. I say she was a dream, because she slept the entire session. Charlotte's mom gave me creative control over her session. I chose everything to use before they arrived. I had chosen several lavender sets to use. Little did I know, lavender had special meaning to Charlotte's mom. Her father's favorite color was lavender. It was such a powerful moment when she told me. I knew there was a reason I was so drawn to the purple when choosing her items. Her mom and I agree, lavender is definitely her color. I am sure her grandfather would agree as well. Charlotte's dad serves our country in the Army. I am always honored to be able to incorporate their brave sacrifice into my sessions. She is an absolutely beautiful baby. Her full cheeks, pouty lips, and head full of her were absolute perfection. Take a peak into Charlotte's newborn session.
Sarah contacted me when she was looking for a maternity photographer. Her husband was deployed at the time, and she wanted to capture her pregnancy. She already knew she wanted a beach session (my favorite), so I recommend the beautiful Fort Fisher. The weather was showing a chance of rain, but we took the chance. We made the drive, and it was SO worth it. It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful day. The golden light shining through the trees and the beautiful sunset skies were breathtaking. Sarah looked absolutely stunning in the maternity gowns she chose from our gown collection. She rocked every pose and angle, and she had that mom-to-be glow the entire time! Here is a look into her stunning gallery!

Meet William "Liam" Hardman. Liam's mom contacted me while she was still expecting Liam. She chose me to be her photographer for maternity, birth, fresh 48, and newborn. It is such an honor and blessing when a mom chooses me to photograph their entire journey. This sweet boy was born on March 9 and I got to photograph his newborn pictures when he was 9 days old. Liam was so sweet and cuddly the entire session. We breezed right through the set ups we had chosen. Here is a look into his gallery.
This sweet boy made my job a breeze. We were able to do such a variety in his newborn session and I really love the fine art edits I got from his session. The last image has been ordered on a canvas for my studio. I just love all of his hair and those sweet pouty lips. It is sessions like his that make me so happy I am a newborn photographer. I truly have the best job (and the best clients).
